Bad Customer Service, Over Crowded, Delays, Unfair Increases.... It's not looking good for Newport!

Arrivatrainsnails was created in 2010 by passengers who were tired of being insulted and spoken to with a real bad attitude by some unhelpful staff at Newport Railway Station. Two years on and not much has changed, but we have been told that one of the 'Revenue Protection Officers with attitude' has retired. Not all bad news then. 

Arrivatrainsnails.co.uk will enable passengers who have also suffered the bad customer service to tell the world their story.
